Todd P. Romero is a talented trial lawyer who practices all areas of criminal defense. Mr. Romero focuses on using his vast knowledge of the law to assist clients who are dealing with complex felony crimes, misdemeanors, and DUIs. Attorney Romero has litigated every type of felony offense in courts throughout the state of Arizona and has a stellar reputation for vigorously defending his clients in criminal proceedings, investigations, and civil administrative actions.
Todd earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Arizona State University and his master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago. Mr. Romero also possesses a Juris Doctor degree from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and has experience working for the Cochise County Public Defender’s Office and the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office.
Attorney Romero has represented clients in scores of felony cases and has received multiple favorable jury trial verdicts, including favorable results for a client involved in a road rage incident with an off-duty police officer and another charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault.
